Gina K. Judy, Chief Administrative Officer for PPEP, Inc. ENCOMPASS, brings 28 years of experience and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities to PPEP, Inc.  Ms. Judy holds a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management and is presently completing her doctoral dissertation on Aesthetic Organizations and Leadership. Ms. Judy is internationally recognized as one of the leading experts in individualized program development for individuals with unique challenges.  She has developed and implemented a wide variety of services for individuals in rural communities that have been recognized as model programs in the field of developmental disabilities.

Previous experience as the Chairperson for the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities and Executive Director of the Tulsa Association for Retarded Citizens, has given Ms. Judy an excellent foundation to continue her strong advocacy role for children and adults with developmental disabilities here at PPEP, Inc. and in the state of Arizona.

With a strong belief that within the heart of each community everyone belongs, Ms. Judy has insured that the PPEP, Inc. ENCOMPASS programs continue to develop and implement services rich with uniqueness, mobility, diversity and choice.
